Our History

St. Louis Gastroenterology Consultants was formed in 1988 when Charles J. Sigmund, Jr., M.D. and Timothy T. Brady, M.D. joined their practices to form St. Louis Gastroenterology Consultants. Since that time, a group of outstanding gastroenterologists and hepatologists have served with St. Louis Gastroenterology Consultants and the practice continues to be a leader in the fields of Gastroenterology and Hepatology in St. Louis.

St. Louis Gastroenterology Consultants have focused their efforts in the south and west portions of St. Louis city and St. Louis county.

Its physicians offer full service Gastroenterology and Hepatology with complete endoscopic services, including esophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy, and ERCP, plus specialties in management of hepatitis B and hepatitis C.

Our goal is to provide outstanding Gastroenterology and Hepatology care in a timely and professional manner, improving the health and well-being of our patients.
